What format is The Living Year™ in?

The digital planner is a PDF file you will be given immediate access to download, once purchased. No physical product will be shipped.

How long will I have access to the file?

The file will remain available for download until 1 February 2027, at which point the file will no longer be relevant (as it is dated). This planner runs from 2 February 2026 to 1 February 2027. You can separately purchase the Feb 2027 to Feb 2028 planner at the start of 2027.

What's included in your purchase?

You will receive a link to a Google Drive folder where you can download:

What device can I use my planner on?

To get the best out of your planner, use it on a tablet, iPad, laptop or desktop computer. You can view it on a mobile phone but it will be too small to write on with ease. 

Why does it say the planner is for the Northern Hemisphere only? 

The planner has been designed to incorporate daylight hours and seasonal changes that align with countries that are north of the equator. If you are unsure if this planner is relevant for your country, please view the Country Compatibility full list before purchasing so you know its right for you.

How do I write on the planner?

To be able to write on this digital planner, you need to:

  1. Download the PDF onto your laptop, iPad or tablet.
  2. Upload the PDF into a PDF annotation app of your choice.
  3. You can then write on the planner using a stylus, Apple Pencil, or by typing (depending on what app you've chosen to use with your planner).

There are many different PDF annotation apps to choose from. Some are available to use for free and others require a one-time purchase or a subscription.
